I think that I really would prefer the poor animals to be left as they are. I don't think that the cats need to be embellished any further.
But it puzzles me how they could get the cats to sit still for long enough to be painted. I hope that it didn't involve sedation.

Yes it probably is done by computer trickery.
The garden is looking rather dreary at the moment, but I am sure that I can rustle up some photos for you.
